So whether you’re a Java Developer looking for the next level of certification, or an MCSE looking to update your certifications, Bluware has your continuing education covered. See below for a more detailed description of the plan.

Bluware’s Employee Training Reimbursement Plan generally applies to training that directly affects your ability to perform your current position or that prepares you for furthering your knowledge of other areas of IT. Bluware employees are eligible for training reimbursement up to $500 on January 1st after the 1st anniversary of date of hire. Additional amounts will be considered on the basis of seniority and contribution to the company. All reimbursement requires prior approval and must be deemed relevant by Bluware. Requests for reimbursement should be submitted to Human Resources for approval. Please note that if the employee should terminate their service with Bluware within sixty (60) days of reimbursed training, reimbursement will be refunded by the employee.
