All of our professionals go through a lengthy process of interviews and testing prior to approval to joining the Bluware Team. The reputation Bluware has sustained over the last decade by being 'the fairest of them all', as compared to other consulting firms, allows Bluware to attract professionals interested not only in their continued marketability, but also in developing a long-term relationship with clients and the firm they represent. Bluware does not make a large portion of profit off of the consultant's hard work - the majority of the consulting revenue goes to the consultant, therefore our pay scales are very high. In addition, consultants enjoy some control over choosing which projects they would like to work on.
